VATmatics ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website vatmatics.co.za. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our tools.

All VATmatics calculators and tools run entirely in your browser. No calculation data (amounts, invoice details, business figures) is ever sent to our servers or stored. All processing happens locally on your device. We collect anonymous usage data via Google Analytics 4, including pages visited, time on site, and general location (country/city level).

2. Cookies and advertising

We display advertisements via Google AdSense. Google uses cookies to serve relevant ads. You can opt out at Google Ad Settings. We also use Google Analytics cookies for anonymous usage statistics.

3. POPIA compliance

We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We do not collect personal information without consent. You have the right to request access to or deletion of any personal data we hold.
